Success is being who you are.

I’m a natural observer with an analytical approach to understanding peoples’ motivations and actions.  My weakness is that it often takes me longer to realize the same truths about myself.

I believe people enjoy everything they do.  They complain a lot because they enjoy complaining.  They read a book because they wanted to read that book.  They show up late because they want to.

The key to success at a project, job or relationship is the desire to succeed.  The important part is understanding and focusing on who you are, what you are good at, and what you want.

I call this the Burger King Retard theory. Probably my favorite written piece in the past ten years.

My point is, know who you are and what you enjoy, and getting satisfaction out of it is easy.
